Nature is how I gain focus, clarity and peace. Vast landscapes of mountains and ocean remind me that I am part of something bigger: one drop in an ocean, one snowflake in the Himalayas, one star in a galaxy. To be submersed in the ocean, to breathe fresh air and to gaze up at a starry night sky enables me to dream deep with the realization that we are all connected. I feel both small and powerful; both insignificant and an important piece of the cosmic puzzle. The profound beauty of nature helps me to understand that the purpose of life is love. I connect with nature daily to find my true north.
